Hey you! I’m Marcus. I used to weigh nearly 240 pounds.

In 2012, I was severely overweight and tried to lose weight in any way that I could. From difficult workout routines to fad diets, I dabbled in almost every weight-loss strategy you could think of. However, despite the temporary progress, the weight always found a way to come creeping back.

Determined to not give up I started experimenting with multiple diets like keto low carb, Atkins, paleo, you name it. After exploring all these diets, I settled on the only one that gave me sustainable results, the high-protein diet.

The result? A decade later, I’m down 70 pounds and haven’t struggled to keep the weight off.

Now, my mission is to help others get the same results by just helping them get in more protein in their diet every day.
